Pavion (previously Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc. "CTSI") has purchased Premier Security Solutions ("Premier"). Pavion is a prominent provider of integrated solutions for fire, safety, security, and essential communications. This acquisition broadens our fire alarm and security services delivery and support capabilities in the western United States. Pavion has made fifteen acquisitions since joining with Wind Point Partners ("Wind Point") in June 2020.

 

Premier, which was founded in 1998, specialises in commercial fire alarm, security, and wireless communication services. Their team of technical professionals serves customers throughout the region, with a strong focus on Silicon Valley clients in the Biotech, High Tech, Commercial Real Estate, Tourism, and Entertainment business verticals.
